Use the tracking code you receive via email to track the status of your order. Enter the tracking number on the 17track website to check the status of your shipment. If no shipping information is displayed, select YunExpress as the carrier.

The tracking code is included in the order confirmation email, which you should receive within 1–3 business days after placing your order. If you still haven’t received a tracking number after 1–3 days, please contact us.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@mekulo.com. Describe your issue in as much detail as possible and include a photo or video. Once we have reviewed the issue with the product you ordered, we will respond as quickly as possible and work to find a mutually acceptable solution.
