Use the tracking code you receive by email to track the status of your order. Enter the tracking number on the tracking website 17track to check the status of the shipment. If it shows that shipment has no info, please select YunExpress as the carrier of the shipment.

Tracking code is sent with the order completion email, which you should receive in 1-3 working days after placing the initial order. If after 1-3 days you still do not have a tracking number, please contact us.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@mekulo.com. Please describe your problem in as much detail as possible by providing a photo or video. After assessing the problem with the ordered product, we will try to reply as soon as possible and find a mutual compromise to solve the problem.
