How to install LED car ramp

1. Prepare tools and surface – Get out the socket wrench, screwdriver, cable tie, and possibly insulating tape. Clean the mounting surface so that it is free of dirt and grease.
2. Mount the brackets on the ramp – Screw the adjustable brackets under the bottom of the ramp according to the instructions provided. Do not release the screws completely – leave room for adjustment.
3. Position the ramp on the vehicle – Hold the ramp in the designated position (grille, license plate holder or front bracket). Seek assistance if necessary for stability.
4. Angle and position – Adjust the height and inclination so that the ramp is slightly downward and not dazzling. Loosely tighten the fastening screws so that the ramp is tight but can still be fine-tuned.
5. Connect the DT-2 relay cable set
   • Connect the power cable (red) to the positive terminal of the battery.
   • Connect the ground cable (black) to the vehicle chassis or the negative battery terminal.
   • Connect the signal cable to the high beam signal cable (or the specified adapter). Check the color codes.
6. Connecting the ramp and testing – Connect the ramp plug to the cable set. Turn on the high beam and check whether the ramp activates as expected. Test the photo on a wall or on the street in the dark.
7. Expansion and cabling – Secure the cables with cable ties along existing cable routes. Avoid proximity to exhaust systems, moving parts and sharp edges. Isolate exposed contacts if necessary.
8. Final control and hiring – Fine adjustment of angle for optimal light pattern Tighten all screws tightly. Take a short test drive and check for vibrations or loose parts.

Safety tip: Unplug the battery negative terminal before working on the electrical system if you are unsafe, or leave the connection to a car repair shop.
